This document is provided in English; the English version governs.本文件以英文提供,以英文版本为准。

Welcome to PutFinder. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PutFinder website, pages, and features (the "Service"). PutFinder ("PutFinder", "we", "us", "our") is an independent, solo-built research project based in Washington, United States. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What PutFinder is — and is not

PutFinder is a rules-based research screener that ranks cash-secured put (CSP) setups across a curated universe of US stocks using a documented, relative scoring heuristic. The output is descriptive information for research and educational purposes only. We also provide single-ticker CSP and covered-call analysis and AI-generated explanations. AI-generated content can contain errors and must be independently verified; it is not personalized investment advice.

PutFinder is not, and does not provide:

Scores and rankings are a relative ordering of today's pool on a premium-versus-risk basis. They are not predictions, valuations, expected returns, or performance claims.

2. No investment advice; your responsibility

Nothing on the Service is a recommendation that any security or strategy is suitable for you. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Depending on the strategy, you may lose some or all of the capital committed to the underlying position or strategy. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and their outcomes. You should conduct your own research and consult a licensed financial professional before making any investment decision. You use the Service, and act on anything you see on it, entirely at your own risk.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Market and options data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and is sourced from third-party providers. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, or that any information on it is accurate or complete.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading or investment losses, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) the total subscription fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$50, only to the extent such a limit is permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

5. Accounts

Some features require signing in (via Google or an email magic link). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure, and you agree to provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is abusive, unlawful, or harmful to the Service or others.

6. Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance. Your subscription renews automatically and your payment method is charged each billing period until you cancel. Price, currency, billing frequency and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store complete payment card numbers.

A new Plus subscription may begin with a free trial of the length shown at checkout. A payment method is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and your payment method is charged the price shown at checkout, and then each billing period until you cancel. One free trial per account; we may decline a trial if we reasonably determine that multiple accounts were created or used to obtain trials repeatedly.

Subscription prices may change over time. Unless otherwise stated when you subscribe, promotional or early-access pricing is not guaranteed indefinitely. We will email affected subscribers at least 30 days before any price change takes effect, identifying the new price and the renewal date it applies from. A new price applies only to renewals on or after that date, never to periods already paid for, and you can cancel before that renewal. Closing an early-price offer to new subscribers does not by itself change the price of an existing subscription.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period already paid for. There is no proration.

If a renewal payment fails, Plus access may continue for a 3-day grace period while payment is retried. If payment remains unsuccessful after the grace period, Plus access may be suspended until payment succeeds. You can update your payment method at any time from the billing portal linked on your account page.

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Where required by law, sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes will be calculated and added at checkout.

Nothing in this section limits any refund or cancellation right you have under mandatory consumer law where you live; such rights apply in addition to this policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data except as expressly permitted; resell or redistribute the Service's data or output as your own product; probe, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure; circumvent rate limits or access controls; or reverse-engineer the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, and scoring methodology, is owned by us and protected by applicable law. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial research. Market data displayed by the Service is owned by its respective third-party providers and is subject to their terms.

9. Third-party services and data

The Service relies on third parties (for example, options-market data providers, authentication, hosting, and email delivery — see the Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for third-party services or their content, and your use of features powered by them may be subject to their terms.

10. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may improve or change the Service. We will notify affected subscribers at least 30 days before material changes to these Terms take effect, except where law or urgent security needs require faster action. Price changes follow section 6. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you have already accrued, and where the law requires consent we will seek it rather than rely on continued use. If you do not agree to a material change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that the state and federal courts located in Washington have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer law to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.
